Beautiful and clean hotel with great location right in the central, not so far from the airport. Room is clean, nice and spacious. Staff is polite enough to assist you with any queries or concerns though I wouldn't rate them very highly on the "personal touch". We highly recommend and love the house keeping service, room cleaning is REALLY THOROUGH, very clean, very nice on a daily basis. We love it!! Overall - Very decent stay, link straight to Lotte Duty Free. Surrounding area is great, with shopping options, walking distant to Emart, Lotte Mart and eateries, including one of the most famous Black Pork restaurant in Jeju. Nice, recommend

Location of hotel was really good! Nearby to airport limousine 600 bus stop, and very near to a bus station with many bus services tt brought us to different parts of the city and beyond. It was also close to shopping streets and alot of restaurants/cafes. We visited over the Lunar New year period, but most of the stores in the shopping streets nearby were operating, thankfully. Staff were pleasant, and the housekeeping staff was a very nice lady who kept our room tidied up so well everyday (Thankiu!) 💟💟 They also have their own free airport shuttle, which is super convenient for us on our last day. Overall very happy with our stay here!

The location of the hotel was wonderful. It was near to the city centre and duty free was downstairs. When i felt tired after shopping i head straight back to the hotel to rest. Furthermore i just got to know that there are free bus shuttle to the airport on the last day of check out.

Special shout out to the 711 aunty working at the hotel basement. She is super friendly and lovely to talk to. Love her to bits. Made the whole stay super wholesome! 711 ajumma and courteous, helpful hotel staff. No bed bugs. Great location. Bell girl at level 1 super fantastic, will book taxi for you, give you traveling tips etc., and she speaks English, Mandarin and Korean. Good recommendations by reception staff also.

We got probably the best room on the very top floor possible with a great view of the ocean and also the airport. There were no rooms neighbouring our suite so it was perfectly quite throuh out our stay. As we were on our honeymoons the deluxe room was perfect. Spacious and very comfortable. Recommend it to everyone. The location is really close to the airport. The bus stop was just few steps far so it was also convenient to travel all around Jeju. At the end of our stay we also used the airport shuttle - very convenient as we didn't have to carry our big luggage to catch a taxi.

Great location in the centre of the city. Restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacies were all within walking distance. Hotel staff were always willing to help, whether giving directions or booking tours. Housekeeping staff always kept our room clean and topped up our coffee and tea. We appreciate every effort to save resources snd the environment, we are thankful for the reminder to bring our own toothbrush

> Great location, 10 mins drive from Jeju airport, right beside 7-11, Olive Young, Paris Baguette and a local pharmacy. There's also GS25 across the street and CU behind the hotel building > There is 24-hour ground staff available at the L1 lobby area which made me feel safe as a solo traveller, and they will help you with any taxi booking if you need > The concierge team was also very helpful and enthusiastic, and they provided a lovely handwritten map of the restaurants near the hotel and their personal food recommendation which I really appreciate > Room was big, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job in cleaning my room and ensuring there's bottled water everyday. Very satisfied and no complains at all. > Lotte duty free shopping mall is connected to the hotel if luxury shopping is your thing

Central location, near the airport, large room with desk for work. Bathroom with bath and good shower very clean floor to ceiling windows but with black out curtains…..internet good.
